Therefore, we are not responsible for errors, omissions, acts, warranties, unfulfillment, negligence, declarations or inappropriate conducts of those providers. We are neither responsible for any personal injury, death, covid-19 related issue, property damage or any other damages or expenses obtained from the product.
Booking process
Products such as entrance tickets to attractions and certain other products are available to instantly book online and receive your ticket almost immediately or up to a maximum period of 24 hours (for these products you will see the website will allow the user to check out). However, it is not possible to instantly book all products online, for these products the user has to fill out an enquiry form, while we check availability and confirm asap, subsequently we will then send you a payment link to complete your booking online and send you confirmation. We strongly recommend you read our cancellation policy before making a booking.
Payment
We allow the user to securely check out via credit/debit card online. Alternatively, we also accept payment by bank transfer into our sterling or euro account.
Cancellation
Entrance tickets to attractions are non refundable. Unless the attraction is temporarily closed.
The following cancellation conditions apply for all other products;
Cancelling 14 days prior to departure date: 100% refund.
Cancelling between 13-7 days prior to departure date: 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 5 days to departure date: 0% refund.

Arriving at Tenerife
Please make your way to our office (number 6), located inside the airport right across from the arrivals gate. If you have trouble locating us please call us immediately on the above phone numbers. We will be checking your arrival flight, however if there are any delays to your flight before take off please whatsapp the above number immediately.
Departure from accommodation
To avoid any delays when being picked up from your accommodation on the day of your departure, please double check when you are at the office, that we have the correct address and time of pick up. The driver will only wait for a maximum of 10 minutes outside your accommodation and no refunds will be issued if you are late.
Private and personal details you provide to us will be managed with strict confidentiality and can not be viewed by any third parties.
